Terms and conditions of Bookings

A deposit of £200 is required. This deposit less deductions for problems other than fair wear and tear will be returned after receipt of the keys and a satisfactory departure report. Please regard the deposit as precautionary. Whilst we have had no problems in nine years, some of our friends have had wilful damage. Should the holiday be cancelled and not re-let we reserve the right to retain the deposit.

In the case of damage which is not normal wear and tear we reserve the right to withhold the discount.

The full rental fee is payable one month prior to the arrival date or immediately if there is less than one month before the arrival date.

We will despatch the keys three weeks prior to departure and after receipt of the rental monies.

Arbitration - If at any time any question, dispute or difference whatsoever in connection with the Contract should arise between the person renting the accommodation  and Villas-Costa-Blanca.Com  either may give the others notice in writing of the existence of such question, dispute or difference and the same shall be referred to the arbitration of a mutually agreed person. Should such a person not be agreed between the parties concerned within fourteen days of receipt of such notice, any appropriate arbiter shall be appointed by the then current President of the Law Society.  Any such submission shall be deemed to be a submission within the meaning of the Arbitration Act 1950 or any statutory modification or re-enactment.

This Contract is to be governed in all respects by English Law and the parties required to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
